Moonlight Sauna & Wellness sells saunas, hot tubs, swim spas and related products across Canada. All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Warranty
Most product issues are handled through manufacturer warranties rather than returns. Please follow the warranty procedure for your product and contact us and we will help.
Return requests (case-by-case)
In limited circumstances a return may be considered. Approval is at the sole discretion of Moonlight Sauna & Wellness. If a return is approved:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging may be required
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-returnable items
The following are generally not eligible for return:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Installed or used products
- Special order or custom products
How to request a return or report an issue
Contact us with full details at support@moonlightsauna.ca or call 1-844-54SAUNA. Include your order information, a description of the issue, and photos if you have them. Our team will review and respond with the next steps if your request is eligible.

Products sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
