Welcome to Moonlight Sauna & Wellness ("Moonlight", "we", "us", or "our"). We operate this website and online store, including all related content, features, products and services (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Services. By using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Section 1 - Access and account

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Section 2 - Products and warranties

We work to keep product descriptions and images accurate, but variations can occur due to display settings or manufacturing changes. Certain products are covered by manufacturer warranties, and warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms. We may modify or discontinue products at any time.

Section 3 - Orders

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may accept, reject or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, availability or suspected fraud. Once an order is accepted and processed it may not be cancelled. All purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy, administered on a case-by-case basis.

Prices may change without notice and do not include applicable taxes, shipping or other charges unless stated. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
