Shipping policy

We ship within Canada only. All prices and shipping charges are in Canadian dollars.

Accessories, water care, covers and parts

A flat rate of $20 applies to orders under $75. Shipping is free on orders of $75 and over.

Saunas and ice baths

A flat rate of $500 applies anywhere in Canada. If your delivery address is inside our local delivery area, local delivery is offered instead at no charge and our own crew delivers and sets up.

Hot tubs and swim spas

Hot tubs and swim spas are not shipped by carrier. They are delivered by our own crew, and only within our local delivery area, which covers Perth and Huron County. If your address is outside that area, these products cannot be purchased online. Call us on 1-844-54SAUNA and we will tell you what is possible.

Local delivery

Local delivery is free and is offered automatically at checkout when your address falls inside our delivery area. We place the unit, level it and walk you through start-up.

Before a sauna, hot tub or swim spa arrives

You will need a level pad, concrete or gravel, and for 240 V models an electrician to run the line. We will give you the specification sheet for your model before delivery so the site is ready.

Timing

We contact you to arrange a delivery date once your order is placed. Delivery times depend on the product and the season; we will give you a date when we call rather than an estimate at checkout.
